You can also keyframe opacity in photoshop, but it's one of those things i always have to re-learn when i need it again. Frame-by-Frame is slow but it gives you the most control. Amazing what a simple effect can do! I love your glowy animated stuff.

It does exist, but it's not as good as in Flash obviously. Motion, opacity and i think color maybe... and no problem!
